It is tough to maintain balance diet while travelling but there are certain things that keep you fit throughout your journey.
1. Carry biscuits that are made of wheat. It will suppress your hunger and keep you active throughout your journey.
2. Try to carry some raw fruits like oranges, apples, and lemon. These items will keep you energetic during your journey.

3. If any visiting place is near to your hotel, try to take a ride of a bicycle to reach the destination.
4. Avoid eating roadside food items, it’s better to eat in a restaurant that serves hot and fresh foods.
